Kyiv Sculpture Project (KSP) is the first International festival
of contemporary sculpture in Ukraine and Eastern Europe.
The aim of the KSP festival is to promote contemporary
sculpture as well as to develop and integrate contemporary Ukrainian culture in
the international context.
The festival is a non-commercial event that will be
held every two years.
The expert committee will select art-works for the festival
on a competition basis.
The first festival of the Kyiv Sculpture Project will
be held from June 2 till July 2, 2012.
For a month one of the most picturesque places of Kyiv the M. M. Gryshko National Botanic Garden will host 16 works by Ukrainian and international artists.
Within the KSP Special project and in collaboration with Yorkshire Sculpture Park Kyiv will have the amazing opportunity to see the works of such famous sculptors as Jaume Plensa, Magdalena Abakanowicz, Eva Rothschild, Nigel Hall and Sui Jianguo.
